It is very important for clients and their families to understand why I started Dare to Dream Attendant Services. I have a unique understanding of home care. Until I was eighteen years old people had to help me do everything related to my own personal and non-personal care needs. As I went out on my own, my cerebral palsy made me realize the importance of home care services for people with disabilities of all ages and all backgrounds. I have visited many in the home care field and experienced many different models of "best practices." Most agencies provide no consumer choice. People have different abilities; they have the right to live in their own home with assistance for as long as they are living. At Dare to Dream I have a lot of integrity in what I do and I take great pride in the people who work for our company. We take care of all our clients with a smile and great attitudes. Our staff takes care of people with various disabilities, lifestyles, ages, and backgrounds. I am confident that whenever someone uses the services of Dare to Dream, that their needs are met, and they will stay healthy, happy, confident, and productive in their community.
